Reconstruction Capital II Limited ("RC2", the “Fund“) is a closed-ended company created to invest in private and listed equity securities and fixed-income securities, including convertible and other mezzanine instruments, primarily in Romania, Serbia and Bulgaria.

RC2 was admitted to the Alternative Investment Market (AIM), a market owned and operated by the London Stock Exchange Plc on December 2005.

The Fund is advised on its Private Equity Programme by Bucharest-based New Europe Capital SRL and Belgrade-based New Europe Capital DOO. New Europe Capital Ltd with offices in London is the Fund's investment manager for its Trading Programme.
