Reconstruction Capital II Limited (“RC2” or the “Company”)
is a closed-ended Cayman Islands company created to invest in private and listed
equity securities and fixed-income securities, including convertible and other mezzanine
instruments, primarily in Romania and Bulgaria.
New Europe Capital SRL (“NEC Romania”) is RC2's investment adviser and
New Europe Capital Limited (“NEC London”) is its investment manager.
